We are pleased to announce that CME certificates for participants of the recent Hawaii Convention are now available for access and download. Attendees who joined the convention received 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ from the two live lectures. In addition, participants can still access the 2 virtual lectures listed below to earn an additional 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, for a combined total of 4 CME units.
